Return, Exchange & Preorder Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Preorders
A $20 nonrefundable deposit is collected when a preorder is placed. By placing a preorder, the customer commits to paying the remaining balance shown at checkout. Preorders cannot be canceled after they are submitted, including before the remaining balance is charged.
Orders will not ship until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Exchanges
Eligible sets may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered merchandise cannot be exchanged. Exchanges are subject to available sizes and colors.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item. If Maison de la Pensée sent an incorrect or defective item, contact [support email] within 10 days of delivery. Approved shipping costs for incorrect or defective items will be covered by Maison de la Pensée.
Items sent without prior approval may be refused. To request an exchange, email [support email] with your order number and requested replacement.
This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
