Maison Femme Preorder Payment Terms

Maison Femme preorders are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.

A nonrefundable $20 deposit is charged when the preorder is placed. The customer agrees to pay the remaining product balance, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, according to the payment schedule displayed at checkout.

Preorders cannot be canceled after submission, including before the remaining balance is charged. By completing checkout, the customer authorizes the remaining balance to be charged using the payment arrangement selected at checkout.

Orders will not be shipped until the entire outstanding balance has been paid. If a balance payment fails, the customer must provide an eligible payment method before fulfillment can proceed.

Requested changes to colors or sizes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.

The estimated fulfillment window is late July through early August 2026. This estimate may change because of production, transportation, or other circumstances outside Maison de la Pensée’s control. Customers will be notified of material delays.

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
