Shipping Policy
Maison Femme Preorders
Maison Femme preorder orders are estimated to begin shipping between late July and early August 2026. This is an estimated fulfillment window and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping transit times begin only after the preorder has been released, processed, and transferred to the carrier. Selecting Express shipping does not cause the preorder to be manufactured or released earlier.
United States Shipping
- Standard: $8 — estimated 3–5 business days after carrier acceptance
- Express: $15 — estimated 1–2 business days after carrier acceptance
- Free Standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more
Available rates and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout. For partial-payment preorders, shipping may be included in the amount due at fulfillment.
Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information by email when their order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after a label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact [support email] as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, supply-chain disruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. We will provide updates if the estimated preorder fulfillment window changes materially.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Orders
Contact [support email] promptly with your order number and supporting photographs if an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Maison de la Pensée will review the claim and provide appropriate assistance.
